COMPANY: Optimax Management is a firm that helps clients that sell on e-commerce platforms, primarily Amazon.com.

The below responsibilities are directly referencing Amazon.com platform.

Position Title: Data Support Specialist

Scope of Role: Data Support Specialist’s primary function is to support Account Managers in the execution of their growth strategy for accounts. The exact support functions are defined below, but limited to:

· Pulling sales data for weekly business reports as requested

· Creating and following up on trouble tickets in areas such as: shortage claims, disputes, troubleshooting ASIN suppressions, etc

· Uploading new item setups and following up to ensure that the uploads were executed by Amazon. Content will be written by Account Managers, but execution is done by Support Specialist

· Uploading images & videos as requested

· Registering Brands via Brand Registry

· Registering Brands in Transparency programs

· Creating miscellaneous reports as requested by Account Manager

· Coordinating promotional events between vendor and Amazon (Support Specialist will not determine the assortment, but will help with the execution of the deals / promos)

o manage the cost files

o create, troubleshoot, and report results of the deals (LDs, BDs, Coupons, etc)

· Management of Marketing calendars—help keep the Account Managers organized when it comes to promos. Assortment decisions will be not be made.

· Variation creations, new item widget creations

· Manage Returns section of certain assigned accounts

· Other daily admin tasks as needed

· No travel is needed for this role

- Must be familiar with Excel for pulling data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
